Tracker web app and iPhone app · Updated October 26, 2026

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Movement / Online tracker is a workout log for the programs your coach writes for you, or that you pick or build yourself. This page says what it stores, why, and who can see it.

What the tracker stores

Why

To run the tracker you signed up for: show your program, keep your log across devices, suggest loads from your history, and let your coach review your training and send you edits. We also use it to improve the tracker. Pain ratings and bar-speed videos are shared only with your consent. Nothing is used for advertising.

Who can see it

We use service providers, including AI providers, to operate and improve the tracker. Your data is stored and processed in the United States.

On your device

The tracker keeps a copy of your program and log on your phone so it works with a poor signal. The iPhone app asks for camera, microphone and photo library access only when you use a feature that needs it. You can turn any of these off in iPhone Settings.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your log stays as long as you use the tracker. If you have a login, you can delete your account yourself: open the account sheet in the app, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account…”. That removes your login, program, log, pain notes, food log, food photos and any problem reports you sent from our servers (including profiles merged into yours) and from your phone, and removes your name from any exercises you added. Filmed clips held in your coach's video space and bar-speed set videos are separate; ask your coach to remove them. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. To get a copy of your data, or to have it deleted without a login, tell your coach or send a report from Help → Something's wrong? in the app.

Children

The tracker is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page will show the new date at the top.
